Requirements:

• College degree in the field of engineering, computer science or other related field
• 7+ years experience in Java
• Strong experience in electronic trading environments
• Understanding of complex, multithreaded systems
• Experience with TCP/IP communication
• Very strong Linux or UNIX experience
• Strong J2EE, JavaScript, Struts, XML, Flex experience
• SQL Server and Oracle databases
• Spring, Hibernate, ANT, Subversion, Junit a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Good object-oriented and architectural design senses
• Direct responsibility for mission-critical systems
• Experience in the full software lifecycle, from design through deployment and support
